I help clients rebuild and heal the relationship they have with themselves, recognizing that inner restoration is key to decreasing external struggles and creating lasting change.

Together, we explore patterns, triggers, and beliefs through a trauma-informed lens, using body-based awareness and intuitive practices to restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in co-creating a sacred space where self-awareness, emotional safety, and personal transformation can thrive. This includes attention to foundational wellness habits—such as sleep, nourishment, movement, and boundaries—as portals to greater clarity and inner alignment.

All sessions are offered virtually, allowing us to work together no matter where you are in your healing journey.
